This page explains what happens with your information when you use the Cellectronix website or bring a device to our shop.

On this website

This website doesn't ask you to create an account. Our pages show a Google map, and Google handles any information it collects when that map loads, under its own privacy policy.

If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we'll update this page to say so.

Quote requests

Our Get a Quote button takes you to a form run by RepairShopr, the system we use to keep track of repairs. Whatever you enter goes to us through that system. We use it to get back to you about your repair.

Phone calls and email

If you call or email us, we use your details to help you. We don't sell your information.

Your device and your files

When your device is with us, we only look as far as we need to in order to repair and test it. If you have anything private on a device you're bringing in, please tell us, and we'll talk through how to handle it. It's always wise to back up your files first.
