Our lifetime warranty, in plain English
Our repairs come with a lifetime warranty: if the repair itself fails, we cover the parts and labor to make it right. It doesn't cover batteries, HDMI port damage, or new accidental damage such as drops or water.
What's covered
- The repair itself failing
- The part we installed failing under normal use
- The labor to fix it when that happens
What isn't
- Batteries. Every battery wears out with use.
- HDMI port damage. A port that breaks again is almost always from a bump or a pulled cable.
- New accidental damage. Another drop, a spill or water.
Why we do it this way
We'd rather tell you the limits now than surprise you later. If a screen we installed stops responding on its own, that's on us. If that same phone goes off the roof of a car at the gas station, it isn't, though we'll be glad to see you and fix it again.
How to use your warranty
Bring your device back to our shop in downtown Anoka, and tell us what's happening. We'll take a look, and if the repair itself failed, we'll make it right. No appointment is needed.
