A watch takes more knocks than most people realize, because it's right there on your arm going through door frames and against countertops. Screens crack, batteries fade, and bands wear out. Repairs on devices this small are a real skill, and the hardest part is often getting the parts out without doing more harm.
We'd rather give you a straight answer than sell you a repair. If a replacement would be cheaper or smarter, we'll say so.
Fast, friendly great service. Pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and efficient.
Questions we get a lot
Which wearables do you work on?
Apple Watches are the most common. We also look at fitness trackers such as Fitbit and Garmin. Parts for trackers can be harder to find, so call with your model first.
Do I need to bring the charger?
Yes, please, if you have it. It helps us test the charging and rule out a bad cable or puck.
Will a repaired watch still be waterproof?
Treat it as less water resistant after it's been opened, even with a good seal. If you swim with it, ask us about what to expect before we start.
