Most of the phones we see have one of a few problems: a cracked screen, a tired battery, a charging port that won't hold the cable, or a bad afternoon near water. Those repairs are usually quick, and plenty of customers head out to explore downtown Anoka and come back to a working phone.

The harder jobs are here too. Phones that won't power on at all, cameras that shake and blur, and shattered back glass all come across our bench. If yours is doing something strange that isn't listed, describe it to us anyway. We've probably seen it.

Rob was very courteous, helped me right away. Replaced my screen on my phone in forty five minutes. Plus he put on a screen protector for me. I definitely would recommend this company. Thank you Rob

Rob and his team are top notch. He got a new screen for my Pixel 8 the next day and had it installed in about an hour. He also cleaned my charging port on the spot while assisting other customers. I would utilize their services in a heartbeat!

Questions we get a lot

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk in during our regular hours. If you'd like to check that we have your model's part on the shelf before you drive over, give us a call first.

What if you don't have the part for my phone?

We'll tell you when we can get it, which is often the next day. One of our Pixel 8 customers had a new screen arrive the next day and installed in about an hour.

Will I lose my photos and texts?

Screen, battery and charging port repairs don't erase your phone. It's still smart to back up if the phone lets you, and we'll tell you up front if a repair could put your data at risk.

Can you fix a phone that isn't on this list?

Probably. Those four brands are what we see the most. Call and tell us what you have, and we'll give you a straight answer.

Are you connected to Apple or Samsung?

No. We're an independent, locally owned shop. That's why you can talk to the person doing the repair, and why we can help when a phone is too old or too damaged for the big programs to bother with. If you're curious, we've explained Minnesota's right to repair law in plain English.

Bring it by. We'll take a look.
