Does this sound familiar?
- Your Moto G screen cracked or stopped responding to touch
- The phone used to last two days, and now it barely lasts one
- The charging cable is loose, or charging starts and stops
- It's stuck on the Motorola logo after an update
- The volume or power button stopped clicking
A phone worth keeping
A lot of Motorolas get bought for a kid's first phone or as a sensible phone that does the job. Nobody wants to spend more on the fix than the phone is worth, and we won't try to talk you into it. We'd rather explain the real choices and let you pick.
A battery is usually the best value, since it can make a tired Moto feel like it did when you bought it. Charging ports are a close second, and on many Moto G models the port sits on its own small board, so replacing it is simpler than it is on a lot of other phones. Screens vary from model to model.
When a repair doesn't make sense
Sometimes the phone is old enough that a screen would be most of what a replacement costs. If so, we'll tell you, and we can help move your photos and contacts to whatever you choose next. We also buy and sell devices right here, so you can sort out the whole thing in one stop.
They fixed my phone screen and cleaned out all of my ports and helped with a screen protector at the best price I could find. Definitely will be recommending others!
Questions we get a lot
Is it worth fixing a Moto G?
Often, yes. A new battery or charging port on a phone you like usually makes sense. A screen on an older, inexpensive model can be a closer call. We'll tell you what we'd do if it were ours.
Do you have Motorola parts in the store?
Motorola has a lot of models, so we may need to order yours. Call with the model, which you'll find under Settings and About phone, and we'll tell you how soon we can have it.
Can you fix a Razr folding phone?
Call us first. Folding screens are their own kind of repair, and we'd rather talk through it than give you a guess.
Mine is on a prepaid plan. Does that matter?
Not for the repair. It doesn't matter which carrier you use or how you bought the phone.
