Computer house calls in Anoka County, MN

Some problems are easier to fix where they live. We make house calls for computer repair, Wi-Fi and network setup, virus removal and tune-ups across Anoka County and the surrounding area, for both homes and small businesses.

A home office with a Wi-Fi router on a shelf, a laptop on a desk and a houseplant

We know the shop isn't always the easiest answer. A desktop means disconnecting a pile of cables. A Wi-Fi problem doesn't exist at our counter, only in your house. Some people don't get out easily, and a lot of small businesses can't have their one office computer out the door for the day.

So we come to you. You'll be dealing with a local person from the same shop on West Main Street, somebody who'll explain what's wrong without talking down to you. We'd like you to feel better about your technology when we leave than you did when we got there.

Virus removal and tune-ups at your home

If you'd rather not unplug everything and bring it to the shop, we can clean up a computer right where it sits. We'll remove unwanted programs and malware, get updates running, clear out what's slowing it down at startup, and show you what to look out for. It's a good fit for parents and grandparents who got hit with a scary pop-up and want someone they can trust to come sit down and sort it out. You can read more about how we deal with infections on our virus and malware removal page.

Great experience. Very friendly on the phone and in person. Got my grandson's phone fixed, and within a few hours at a reasonable price. I was trying to hurry and get there before he closed at 6 and he told me to call him if I'm not able to make it there by closing time and that he'd wait. Wow.

Questions we get a lot

Where do you make house calls?

Anoka County and the surrounding area. If you're just outside of that, call us anyway and tell us where you are. You can also see our service area page.

How do I book a visit?

Call us at the shop and tell us what's going on. We can usually tell you over the phone whether a visit makes sense, and whether it can be fixed more easily at the shop.

Can you help my parents, even if I'm not there?

Yes. Lots of grown kids who live far away worry about Mom and Dad's computer. Call and tell us what's happening, and we'll coordinate with whoever needs to be involved.

What should I have ready when you arrive?

Have your passwords nearby if you can, particularly your Wi-Fi and email. Please also point out anything that's been acting up, even if it seems unrelated.

Bring it by. We'll take a look.
