Does this sound familiar?

  • A green or pink line runs down your screen after a drop
  • The display went black, but the phone still rings
  • A dark blot is spreading under the glass
  • Fast charging stopped working, or the moisture warning won't clear
  • The in-screen fingerprint reader stopped recognizing you

What makes Samsung repairs different

On many Galaxy phones, the glass and the display underneath are bonded together, and on the S series the edges can curve around the sides. So a crack usually means replacing the whole screen assembly, and getting that back side glued open and closed takes care. The phone is held together with adhesive, and a lot of the work is patiently getting through it without damaging what's underneath.

That also means a cracked Samsung is worth bringing in early. Once a line or a dark blot starts, it tends to spread, and a phone that still works today can go fully black next week. If you can get a backup done while the screen still works, even better.

Repairing a budget Galaxy

A-series phones cost less to begin with, so sometimes the honest question is whether a repair makes sense at all. We'll tell you what we think. If a battery or charging port will get you another two years, that's usually an easy call. If the phone is old and the screen is the costly part, we'll say so and you can decide. We also buy and sell phones, so a replacement is something we can talk about at the same counter.

They fixed my phone screen and cleaned out all of my ports and helped with a screen protector at the best price I could find. Definitely will be recommending others!

Questions we get a lot

Do you fix Galaxy S, A and Note phones?

Yes. The S and A series are what we see most often. Call if you have a foldable, since those screens are a different kind of job and we'd like to talk through it first.

Why does a line on my screen keep getting bigger?

Samsung's OLED screens can develop lines or dark spreading areas when the panel is damaged, even if the glass looks fine. It usually gets worse with time, so it's worth dealing with before the screen quits completely.

My phone says moisture detected, but it's dry. Is it broken?

Not always. Lint or a bit of corrosion in the port can trigger that warning. Bring it by and we'll look at the port. Sometimes a good cleaning clears it up.

Will my fingerprint reader still work after a new screen?

The reader sits under the display on many Galaxy models, so it gets set up again after the repair. We'll check it with you before you leave.

Bring it by. We'll take a look.
